  The doctor spent very little time with me after I waited for 35 mins. She was more interested in training her staff than listening to me. She offered a treatment plan that included at least 17 visits to a tanning stall too small to reach my head which is most effected area of my body, AND I was told would only cost me 10 dollars co-pay for the tanning stall, in reality it cost 20 out of pocket for a treatment that lasts for 37 seconds a visit. ( billed insurance 60.00)! She prescribed creams (which I explained didn’t work for my condition, though some of these were new, the eye cream eventually prescribed was a joke). But the first one for my eyelids contained propylene carbonate ( three times stronger than Acetone aka finger nail polish remover) .. When my eyelids fried and I called her her staff's response was trite and unconcerned bordering on nasty. " It's not happened before" and they were unaware and SHOCKED that there was a generic version! IT’S THEIR JOB TO KNOW THIS, and more, its not my fault they didn’t know… though I was treated like it was, first like I was lying and then like I made the new version of the cream myself… Seriously… They then proscribed an over the counter steroid cream .. WOW and WORTHLESS!!!! DID SHE NOT LISTEN TO MY ORGINAL COMPLAINT?. I have never, in my life, been treated like this by a doctor’s office... Perhaps she is sexist and hates men, perhaps she is only thinking of dollars signs and not patient care ... but whatever she and her staff are doing.. It was not a healing experience for me, BUYER BEWARE.
